Hello there. My Name is Hazel Buckley.
I have 11 years commercial IT experience working for several multinational corporations as well as small businesses, supporting 1-10,000 people on all aspects of IT.I have worked on everything from a customer facing help desk to server support and have also done training from time to time. I love it all but my favourite part is meeting different people and teaching them at least one new thing they didn't know :)

Whenever I'm flicking through the paper, popping to PC world, or meeting someone for the first time, I am always baffled by the over-complication of terms to users and the way this is used to charge stupendous amounts to people for IT services, especially when usually the problem wasn't that hard to fix.
I am always fixing PC's for friends and work colleagues and they keep telling me that I should set up on my own so when I had my son in December 2007, I decided this is was my chance to give it a go!
Now I'm setting up for myself and have my eyes set on being the most "ibble" techie in Hinckley, the Midlands and then the world!
